1. Data collected

This website uses PostHog, an analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the site. Depending on your choice when the cookie banner is displayed, the data collected varies:

• If you accept cookies: PostHog stores a unique identifier in your browser (cookie and localStorage) to measure your journey between pages, clicks on booking buttons, and contact form submissions.
• If you decline cookies: PostHog operates in "cookieless" mode. No cookie or localStorage data is stored. An anonymous hash is computed server-side from your IP address, browser agent, and a daily random salt, then discarded. This hash changes every day and cannot be used to identify you.

Recorded events include: pages visited, clicks on booking CTAs, interactions with the contact form.

2. Purpose of processing

Data is used exclusively to improve the experience on this site (content optimisation, booking journey improvements) and for anonymous statistical purposes. No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Retention period

PostHog retains event data for 1 year. The session identifier (if you accepted cookies) expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
